Full House Renovation:
2015 Ovation Award Winner – “Best Renovation $100,000 – $299,999”
For our family of four it was important to implement a design that would modernize the curb appeal within the bones of the exiting structure. This newly renovated home was a major cosmetic surgery.
For this full house renovation, opening up the kitchen, dining and living room created a perfect area for our clients to entertain family and friends. The kitchen boasts shaker cabinets, tiled backsplash and an espresso-colored island. The removal of the secondary suite allowed us to create a larger laundry/mud room for this busy family of four. A multipurpose basement was created to feature an office, kids room and entertainment areas.
The master ensuite was transformed into a tranquil escape for the homeowners to enjoy a few moments of serenity.
