Full House Renovation In Vancouver
For the full house renovation in Vancouver, modernizing the curb appeal was the top priority for this 1990’s home. An open concept was designed to create a modern entertaining home. We removed partition walls between 3 small rooms to create a second master suite on the top floor.
The interior, exterior finishes flow seamlessly, with a modern west coast design. Lighting was strategically placed to define the kitchen, dining and living areas. The Installation of tile flooring and dark stained wood cabinetry created a modern sophisticated look. To add the finishing touch, the clients installed a smart home system that controls sound, heat and security that can be managed while at home or out of the country.
This newly built modern-day home was Fit for “Sonny and Claire”
