We wanted to give our clients a social ‘hub’, by converting the dining and kitchen into a large entertainment space.To enhance this we removed a wall which meant natural light could flood into this new area. The kitchen has beautiful blue cabinets, pops of brass fixtures, and quartz countertops which are stylish yet durable for our clients with children.A custom shower and sink with brass fixtures have been added to the ensuite and two sinks were added to the main bathroom to accommodate our client’s two children. The variation of tile patterns and tones within both bathrooms creates a luxurious, hotel vibe.All lighting and appliances are energy efficient and we upgraded the insulation while dealing with any asbestos issues.
