reVISION Custom Home Renovations’ Todd Senft shares a few tips that are key to planning a useful outdoor space in April 18, 2013 issue of The Province.

Senft says “there are three cost-effective ways to transform your back yard into a comfortable extension of your home”:

• Create a covered area either with an awning or roof structure;

• Install a decorative outdoor fire pit;

• Set the mood with an exterior sound system.
