GEORGIE FINALIST 2007 for Best Residentail Renovation Under $75,000.
Created one large spa bathroom out of two smaller bathrooms. Overall theme of the home has myriad Spanish influences, and was carried through the bathroom via arches, key design elements, and European materials including Travertine tile that was special ordered and shipped from Turkey.
Custom arched door, mirrors and recessed art display shelf. Created the silouette of Sierra Nevada Mountain Range into the glass shower wall.
Custom-blown glass molded and shaped countertop, backsplash and sink created to replicate design elements in the gardens of The Alhambra.
Insulation was added in the ceiling, walls and under the floor to increase comfort, reduce energy costs and reduce sound transmissions.
